Hello everyone!

I am new to the cooking blogosphere, but not new to cooking! I love everything about baking a delicious meal or tasty desert.

To explain about my name Close Enough Cooking...it is safe to say that when I cook, it is close enough to the original recipe, not exact, because who has time to be super exact. I like to go with the flow of cooking, and fixing it if for some reason it doesn't turn out perfect. I plan to make my blog, everyone friendly. Using only simple ingredients that are easy to find and don't have to be specially ordered.
